Returns are accepted in line with our policy terms — typically unopened or lightly used product within a limited window from delivery. Final eligibility is confirmed when you contact us.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
